Next-generation creative, Haley Cardamon leads our Mural/Public Art program and Creative Services. A proud born and raised in San José native, she is the founder of San José Day a one-day festival celebrating all that is San José. She is continuously studying the community and culture of the city and how she be best served through arts administration. Haley is passionate about Artist empowerment and creative freedom.
